Ice Break Cocktail and Dinner (1 available) 12.000 €

The night before the Summit all Speakers and invited guests will hold an ice break cocktail and informal dinner in the Summit Hotel. Be their host and enjoy maximum stakeholder exposure.

Lunchbreaks (3 available) 5.500 €

Promote your company by sponsorship of one of the exhibit hall lunches: your companyÂ’s logo will feature prominently on all buffet tables and around the exhibit hall. Besides, your company will be acknowledged in the conference program guide.

1 day sponsor (3 available) 4.000 €

Be a key partner in the overall event and gain access to your target market by sponsoring a whole day. Your company will be acknowledged at the door, on slides in the room and in the conference program guide. In addition, company literature may be placed on all chairs.

Name badges (1 available) 3.000 €

An excellent opportunity to assure full visibility of your companyÂ’s name. All attendees will be provided with a name badge with your logo on it. These badges are required for entrance to conference events, so your companyÂ’s image will be exposed during the whole period. Inclusion in the conference program guide.

Conference bags (1 available) 3.000 €

By sponsoring the Conference Bags you will be promoting your company in the conference and beyond! After the Summit, people will take these bags and keep on using them, making your image be present wherever they go. (Logo placement in the side of the bag).

Opportunity to insert your company name on the pens which will be distributed in the Summit and used by all attendees. Inclusion in the conference program guide.

Sponsoring refreshment breaks will give you another opportunity to catch the attendeesÂ’ attention. It is another way to enhance your companyÂ’s name, in which your logo will be present at the refreshment tables an on the napkins. Inclusion in the conference program guide.

Conference bag inserts (6 available) 2.200 €

Conference attendees will be provided with conference bags with material of the meeting. By sponsoring the conference bags you are placing an insert in each of the bags, providing information of your company to everybody in the conference, therefore assuring it reaches your target audience.

Website sponsor (4 available) 2.200 €

Company name and logo with link to company website on the front page of:
www.biofuelsummit.info. The sooner you get your space, the longer you enjoy exposure.

Company name on lanyards (1 available) 2.000 €

Lanyards will be provided by the Organisation to all attendees. Your Company name can be printed "endless" on the lanyards.
