Bacterial fertilizers have a major role to play in increasing crop yields around the world, along with mineral fertilizers. Low cost, high cost, environmental safety and security make them widely applicable. However, for the successful use of bacterial fertilizers, it is necessary to know their interaction with soil, storm sludges, soils, plants and fertilizers. It is important to know that micro-organisms, which are the beginning of bacterial fertilizer, require certain conditions for their development (humidity, temperature, nutrients, etc.). The work presents the results of laboratory model studies to identify the most salty strains of tuber bacteria for the inoculation of bean-fantomiolite seeds used for the recovery of burial sludges, saline soils and soils. Experiences were carried out on nutrient nutrients with one or more salts. Studies have shown that tuber bacteria bacteria colonies under 282 (for donnik) and 423B (for pulcers) have the greatest resistance in nutrient mixtures. The buoys for maximum symbiotic nitrogen fixation do not capture the active virulent strains of the donnik and lumber bacteria, nor have a methodology for initial testing (testing) of various risobium strains been developed. These and other issues are addressed. It reflects elements of a new direction of soil microbiology - soil biotechnology. Its mission is to examine and regulate the composition of soil micro-organisms and microbiological processes with a view to optimizing conditions for plant growth and development.
